Keeping product teams at TELUS aligned is never easy—product requirement documents (PRDs) get lost, stakeholders approvals drag on, and teams fall out of sync. We want to change that with PAI, an AI-powered PRD assistant structured to help teams ****collaborate more effectively, maintain PRD consistency, and centralize past knowledge to streamline documentation processes. No more wasting time—just clear, productive communication.

📂 What it does

PAI is an AI-driven product management tool that enhances PRD creation and stakeholder collaboration. Let’s break it down:

AI-Assisted PRD Drafting: Creates comprehensive drafts using historical PRDs as reference, maintaining quality and consistency.
Collaborative Editing: Allows teams to work together on PRDs with real-time AI suggestions for improvement.
Intelligent Stakeholder Mapping: Automatically identifies key stakeholders and project dependencies to prevent communication gaps.
Standardized Documentation: Maintains consistent formatting and best practices across all documents.
Seamless Integration: Exports files compatible with JIRA, Google Docs, and other platforms.

We designed PAI to seamlessly fit with TELUS's infrastructure while prioritizing usability:

User Research: Conducted desk research, surveys, and interviews to better understand misalignment within the PRD process and the competitive market.
